I'm Adrian, a solo developer in Alberta, Canada. I got tired of paying $15/month to rent voice-to-text, so I built my own — and used it to build itself. Before I charge anyone $39 for it, I want to make sure it works great on your machine, with your workflow, in your apps. That's why I need your help.

QuickSay is code-signed, about 105 MB, and built with native Windows technologies — no Electron, no background services, no telemetry, zero screen capture, zero tracking. It runs only when you use it.
No. Beta testers get free lifetime access to QuickSay. At public launch (March 31), it will be $39 launch pricing, $74 regular after that. Your license is permanent and free.
You keep your license forever. No expiration, no strings attached. A short testimonial would be appreciated — you would be the first real users featured on the website — but it is completely optional.
No. QuickSay uses cloud-based transcription for accuracy and speed. Transcription typically completes in under 2 seconds. An internet connection is required.
Your audio is sent to Groq for transcription and immediately discarded. QuickSay stores zero voice data, zero tracking data, and zero screen captures. Unlike competitors, we never capture your screen.
Yes, but it is free and takes about 2 minutes to set up. Groq offers a generous free tier — roughly 8 hours of transcription per day. We walk you through every step.
It is your Groq account, not ours. If the free tier changes, the paid tier is only a few dollars per month for heavy usage. Your QuickSay license is separate and permanent — it never expires regardless of what Groq does.
